Video: Finding Balance through Collective Anxiety

This is the first video from our series on practising sustainable self-care in challenging times.

How can we make the most of our current life situations to maintain our balance and wellbeing? And how can we respond to the collective anxiety of these times?

In this first video, Michael shares how we can use mindful breathing and walking to balance our nervous system and take care of turbulent emotions. We need to build this foundation of balance in ourselves first so we can support others to do the same.
