A live and interactive 4-week online introduction to mindfulness.
Learn skills to respond to stress and uncertainty in a group setting with an experienced mindfulness facilitator.
Start your day with a solid foundation: a morning mindfulness meditation will change how you feel about yourself and about the world in general.

Mindful Listening Spaces
This is a chance to experience being truly heard and a chance to train in a special quality of listening that can have a transformative impact on the way we communicate. During difficult times, these opportunities to come together to truly listen to each other offer a way to reduce our fears and anxieties.

Taster Listening Space sessions are offered every Friday morning after the Morning Mindfulness session so if you’d like to experience one, simply register for a Friday Morning Mindfulness Session.

Living Deeply: Weekly Teaching and Practice
Join us for a weekly teaching from our experienced facilitators. These sessions will focus on a different aspect of heart-based mindfulness each week allowing us to build our mindfulness practice and respond to our unfolding situation with creativity, resilience and compassion.
