This 4-part course will help you explore the incredible effects of the Heart in relation to our mind-body connection, and how you can use your own Heart Intelligence to make physiological changes in your body. If you’re looking at ways to enhance your own healing and bring your body back into homeostasis, or simply just curious to learn more about Heart Intelligence, then this course is for you.
We begin by discovering the powerful influence our heart has on our body from a mind-body perspective, before gently exploring how our emotions affect our health and wellbeing. Combining experiential learning with evidence-based science we gently marry these two concepts together and show you how this beautiful unison works to shift our heart rate patterns, and we share some biometric feedback so you can see for yourself how the frequency of your own thoughts and feelings can directly influence the body’s natural healing ability.
The course includes 3 x 10-minute audio lessons and 2 video demonstrations, as well as recorded practices for you to listen to in your own timing, plus access to monthly live facilitated drop-in sessions where you will share a practice with other participants of courses run by The Heart Movement and have the opportunity to ask questions and gain support from an experienced facilitator.
You will also have access to a dedicated group on The Heart Movement App in which you can chat with other participants, ask questions, and share inspiration and resources.
