There are many wonderful benefits from practicing mindfulness, connecting more closely with our hearts and engaging in a deepening listening process.

Participants must understand that they accept full responsibility for their own health and wellbeing.

We must emphasise that the offerings given by The Heart Movement are not designed to be or to take the place of therapy or medical treatment for emotional or mental health issues. If you are currently having any form of treatment or taking medication to support your physical or mental health and wellbeing, please seek and follow the guidance of the professionals supporting you before making any changes.

We ask that you take extra self-care to ensure that you feel sufficiently resourced in your current circumstances to hold with what arises in Mindfulness sessions and in Listening Spaces.
