Sunday, 28th February 2021:
A one-day Retreat at Home, offering a range of supportive practices
and opportunities for community and connection.
This special Sunday retreat has been carefully designed to help you be deeply nourished in the mindfulness of rest. Active rest is the creative act of relearning our body’s ability to restore itself and generate more wellbeing.
There will be 5 hours of live interaction over the day including teaching on rest, journaling prompts and quiet reflection, deep relaxation and a listening space.
The day will be gently paced with plenty of breaks for a long breakfast and lunch. There will also be time to take a relaxing walk outside.
This soothing day long Sunday retreat will be facilitated by Lorna Reid. It will help you restfully rediscover how to put a spring in your step. All in the safety and comfort of your own home!
